Special announcement (updated on: 21/10/2013):

There are some updates for first prototype evaluation on this Wed (23/10) and Thu (24/10) as follows:
  1. For the evaluation on prototype, each group will be given 10 minutes for prototype demonstration (explanation with live demo or video of actual site / user demo). STRICTLY NO power point presentation.
  2. Another 5 minutes is for Q&A.
  3. Each group will be evaluated by FOUR groups of facis excluding the group of facis assigned to the evaluated group.
  4. Each group of facis and students can take part in the nomination of the best prototype for other groups.
  5. There will be THREE best prototype winners from each section. Certificates will be awarded.

Information about the Final Evaluation day (updated on: 03/12/2013)

The final evaluation will be held as:

Date: 11 & 12 Dec 2013 (Wed and Thu)
Time: 8 am - 11 am
Venue: Demo 1, P16
Demo with power point presentation + Q&A: 10 minutes + 5 minutes
1.  Log book and final report (to facilitator), peer review (drop into the box) must be submitted just after final presentation. In final report, attach soft copy in a DVD or pendrive, which covers:
  • Report
  • Slide
  • Conceptual prototyping and live demo videos
  • Photos
2.  Make an appointment with each facilitator to handover the receipts and final prototype. Must be done the latest on 18 & 19 Dec 2013.

3.  You can borrow (must fill in the form) a trolley after 12pm on the day before your demo, and must return it before 12pm on the next day for the convenience of the next section. Fail to do so will result in your mark reduction.
